Morning crew, we will warm-up and brief the WOD in the '62 room and then we will find a spot in Hayes to do the WOD in place with more room.

50-40-30-20-10 reps of:
Push-ups
Double-unders
Sit-ups

upper body was not feelin so hot today.

Subbed single unders for sets 50 to 30. then finished with doubles.

The push-ups got really tough after the first round. Sit-ups were slow and steady. D-Us were unbroken and were my 'rest' during the event.

Awesome push by everyone! 150 push-ups is not easy. Keep up the fire!

I'm new to the board but my wife, Leigh, has been coming in the mornings with a group and I make it in to the box during lunch when I can. Great workouts on here, this one stuck to the basics and was a smoker. Thanks Matt and Adam!
