10 Thrusters (135/95)*
50 Double unders**
8 Thrusters (135/95)
40 Double unders
6 Thrusters (135/95)
30 Double unders
4 Thrusters (135/95)
20 Double unders
2 Thrusters (135/95)
10 Double unders

*Scale your weight as necessary.  You should be able to make it through your first set of thrusters unbroken.  If you are not able to then you are using too much weight.

**If you are unable to do double unders, substitute single unders in a 4:1 ratio (four singles for one double).  If you do not have a jump rope available, substitute tuck jumps for double unders.

6:05 at 95lbs and subbed in tuck jumps. Time would have been a lot higher if I had tried using the jump rope in any way

9:08 @105lbs subbed 4:1 singles for DUs. One of these days I'll string together the DUs.

9:02 scaled to 105 for the first two rounds and then 95 for the last three rounds.

DUs were a lot tougher after the thrusters kicked my butt!

6:45, scaled to 115 to maintain some intensity. Props to those who used 135 this morning.

I made myself do all of the double unders which probably took about 20minutes of the total time. It turned out to be a good idea, as by the end was able to string together DUs without a Single inbetween. Should be ready for the next DU WOD... Hopefully.

9:51 as rx'd. DU's get me every time... I was only doing singles and doubles by the end.

7:33 as rxed.

Did all Thruster sets unbroken, but DUs really slowed me down.

14:49 As Rx'd

135# thrusters were right at my threshhold for finishing all the sets unbroken. Last rep of each set was a struggle and form was rough, but really pushed the stamina.

Forgot my competition speed cable jump rope and tried the heavy leather one... ouch! A lesson in how equipment can be a false sense of ability.

Hooah! I will be trying to do the wods and post as often as I can now that I am at BOLC. For those of you are new to CFBG I used to come pretty regularly last year

10:17 scaled to 95lbs for thrusters. Thrusters are a big goat for me. Forced myself through the DUs. Still working to string consistent DUs together without a single in between.

10:39 @ 65 first set and scaled to 45 after that. 4:1 jump rope. I'm sore from the previous WODs! Shoulders are done. I'm getting back into the swing of things after the tendon surgery.
