On another note, I did this WOD today:AMRAP 20 min.10 PullupsRun 100m barefoot (grass)15 PushupsRun 100m barefoot (dirt/gravel)20 SitupsRun 100 barefoot (pavement)I made it 6.3 rounds. The run portion was interesting as I could nearly fullout sprint the 100 m on grass, a little less quickly on dirt/gravel, and no so much on pavement. It's a great way to clean up your POSE or BF running form. All you need is a stretch of pavement/gravel in a park and your set.
