For weight:
Snatch 3 sets of 3 rep.  Reps should be touch and go with no rest between reps.  Adjust weight accordingly.


For time: 
"Dark and Stormy" from CrossFit New England
25 Deadlifts (225, 135)
50 Pull-Ups
25 Deadlifts (225, 135)

Post snatch weight and "Dark and Stormy" time to comments.

Coulda, shoulda, gone heavier with snatches, but allowed me to roll through the WOD pretty fast. Love the DLs...

Full squat snatch 125 all rounds

My excuse for the atrocious time is ring-pullups. I just couldn't do more than 7 or 8 in a row after the deadlift. Nasty.

Snatch: 115, 125(fail on 3rd rep), 125(fail on third rep), 115, 115.
Really need to work on jumping deep under the bar. Maybe Tex can coach me up during the AY?

That destroyed me. Did jumping pullups after abou 25 to keep intensity going. Awesome WOD.
