Good to do WOD that we have previously done in order to compare current performance with past. Although it's always fun to do something new, there's no motivation quite like puting (PR) next to your score!
7:07 did it down at the track after our workout... tomorrows 600s will be fun. Sorry I missed the group this AM... my eyes decided it was time for sleep before my body had a chance to finish homework or set my alarm. okay enough excuses. I'll be there tomorrow. (sometimes I wish I wouldnt look at the workout before I came... 50 dl and a run?!)
7:20 as RX. First time doing "Karen." Tried to manage the work in bite size pieces to keep the intensity up without crashing halfway through. Seemed to work pretty well.

last time i did this was in January and it took me 8:15, big improvement. however my quads have never been so fatigued after such a short workout.
8:20 with 12 lb. ball. I will definitely feel this one tomorrow.
8:47...the ankle didn't like it, but an awesome way to start the week!

6:49 (PR) as rx'd. Went up to Hayes and used a basketball backboard as a target. My legs are absolutely smoked.
