Going to the L1 Cert (test only) in Oakville, CT tomorrow (Sunday).

Have room for others that may be going. You may still be able to sign up on the CF Main site. I will leave WP by 1030 to give time on location to study before the test (which is at 1530). Rtn to USMA by 1930.

On another note, I did this WOD today:

AMRAP 20 min.

10 Pullups
Run 100m barefoot (grass)
15 Pushups
Run 100m barefoot (dirt/gravel)
20 Situps
Run 100 barefoot (pavement)

I made it 6.3 rounds.

The run portion was interesting as I could nearly fullout sprint the 100 m on grass, a little less quickly on dirt/gravel, and no so much on pavement. It's a great way to clean up your POSE or BF running form. All you need is a stretch of pavement/gravel in a park and your set.

A cool exercise if you are taking an active rest day and want to work on gymnastic skills. This link is on working the handstand by building up shoulder girdle strength, see the article below the video. http://gymnasticbodies.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=1392#p8411
