Sorry that I have not been posting pictures as of late, but my camera just isn't what it used to be. If there are any Ninjas out there that would like to take pictures, it would be much appreciated.
Did Mac's alternate workout. 11:45 On a side note, after 3 months of crossfit, I have finally managed to do a double under. Now I have just have to learn how to string together more than 1 at a time.
