365 is a PR by 20 lbs but I looked like a scared cat doing it so it really does not count. Thanks to SG for coming in and working out with me.
We did an alternate cashout of 100 DUs for time. 2:15. Getting better but still not where I want to be.

Did a modified version of Fridays WOD. Used 55 lb DBs and was solo. Time: 36 min. and change

2 hours of ultimate frisbee on Sunday. Either that is a good workout or I am gettin' old.
