LDO, start from CF room, run to third floor of large staircase, run down the hall past the weight room, down those stairs to first floor and back to CF room.

I had a wonderful morning. I wanted to tear my lungs out after that workout. Then, I get back to find that there is no hot water in Brad Short. Now I am frezing cold, cough like a smoker, and its not even 0630. At least Body(InProgress)is in the same boat as me.
