8:36Previous Helen time was 11:31. Good to see a little progression after doing CrossFit for a semester.
9:23I had a wonderful morning. I wanted to tear my lungs out after that workout. Then, I get back to find that there is no hot water in Brad Short. Now I am frezing cold, cough like a smoker, and its not even 0630. At least Body(InProgress)is in the same boat as me.

Sorry I missed the crowd this morning...I am fighting off an ear/sinus infection and don't want to pass it on to all of you with my gasping that I would undoubtably be doing on this one.
9:06. Lunch workouts on your own are definitely not the ideal. Would have helped to have someone push my lazy butt up the stairs.
