8:59 scaledDoing a full MU was too much for my shoulder. I had to do the 1st one from my knees and then I could string multiples after that. Of course the multiples kept getting smaller. I went from 6 the first round to 2 in the last round.Gregg, maybe I'll make a WOD where we run backwards. That way your wish can come true.
