9.29-tuck jumps- Scaled to 155# for deadlift. DL is a big goat for me. In the process of re-strengthening my quad and low back again and using five fingers to do it. So far the KSOs feel great. (starting third week of xfit using kso's)
11:29 as Rx'dStruggled on keeping a rhythm with DU's, slowly but surely i will get it.I have noticed an amazing improvement in my deadlift form, I used to have a good amount of back discomfort after deadlifts, now that doesnt exist. I love it!
9:03 with tuck unders.I am feeling more comfortable with the deadlift.I now have a high speed jumprope, so I'll do DU next time.
