Stayed away from the back squats today. Inspired by JWhips instead and got 100 double unders. Thanks Jason!

do you do a few warm ups before the 5 sets

3 x 185, 205
5 x 235, 250, 265(PR) My previous 1RM was 265.

Also did some DU work. New PR at 100. Of course Mark R. then had to do the same :) Nice work today.

NM is my hero!!!

fireax29,
yes you should warm up before you start counting your 5. When you get to the point that it starts feeling heavy, you can start counting those reps.

Did yesterday's WOD - 9:58 with the blue bands. My hspu's are still too poor without the bands to try and knock out 64 of them.

Got to 245, but dropped down for my last set because I felt like my form was suffering.

Did Front Squats today because back squats arent too friendly with my shoulder as the weight goes up.

170x5, 180x5, 185x3, 190x3, 195x3

My previous 1RM on front squats is 195, and that was about a month ago, so i feel really good about being able to do it 3 times.

3- 185
Finished with a 2 mile run (vff)
Was trying to come up with every possible reason not to do this WOD b/c I have been subliminally avoiding an exercise that I have to start over with. This is exactly what I needed.
