did a lil' m-u from main site.1-185#10-150#1-205#20-1351-225#30-120#There is a lot of stress on the main site about whether this is functional or not. I don't care either way. It was a nice change of pace to throw some bench press in there. finished with tabata treadmill-8rds, 20sec on, 10 sec off, 12% grade, 6.0 mph.
