2 options for today's WOD

Option #1 - for all of those who didn't do try outs for the Black and Blue team:

AMRAP 15

10 x Wall ball shots (20/14)
10 x Knees to Elbows
10 x Box jumps (24/20)

Post number of rounds complete to comments.

Option #2 - for those who did try out

Run 4.2 miles (approximately)

Route: Start at Comm's House, run to Lee Gate and then to Washington Gate and then return to start point.

WOD 1 with toes to bar instead of knees to elbows: 8 rounds and 3 box jumps. If I had more heart, I could have gotten 9.

7 rounds + 1 box jump - I should/could have powered through to complete 8 rounds, but just didn't get there. The KTEs were much harder than I expected as the rounds continued.

That was a long, but intense one!
