All I want for Christmas is the ability to do a muscle-up! The weighted PUs hopefully helped!

I second that! I think I should go for full ring dips first, though.

FS: 75-80-80-80-80
PU: I did all of them free hanging (which is the first time I've completed an entire pull-up set on my own)
5lb on the first pull-up and last pull-up, otherwise, bodyweight.

Aloha,

Any type of squatting is definitely a goat and a half for me. Gymnastics is great though.

FS; 185, 195, 205, 215, 195... set of 215 was shaky in form and perhaps depth

PU; 25, 30, 35, 45, 55(failed)... had I made the ropeclimb WOD this would have been more difficult
