I'll be missing out tomorrow morning because of a trip section. but I ran the Lee gate 5k this afternoon.

This one got old really quick.

5rounds + pullups and box jumps.

I scaled it to 10 knees to elbows for each round to give my poor little shoulder some extra rest.

Did the bonus round at the end. Shoulders are now officially smoked!

4 rounds + pull ups, box jumps, and 5 KTEs.

I scaled the KBs to 35.

I also did the handstand torture at the end, it was 'fun' everyone should try it.
