Welcome back to USMA. We have no idea how many people will be joining us in the morning during REOGRY Week. As a result, we are listing two WODs for today. Depending on the size of the group we will either select one WOD during the morning or break off into two groups.

Clean and jerk 135 lbs. 30 reps for time.

Still waiting for a Borce sighting. Has anyone seen MAJ Borce? Let him know I will begin daily callouts until I see him start posting.
Also possible victims...Strohs Light, Bama,Sodak, Nick B, and I'm sure there are others. Since I am at the Naval War College, I have nothing but time on my hands and will gladly stalk B&G CF to ensure compliance.

12 miles in 7.5 hours. Not a PR, but an enjoyable time nonetheless. New cadets are fired up, so let's get the AY underway. Looking forward to seeing the big morning crews again, so grab a buddy and spread the word!
