4:57 for the first part. Ring dips were smoking me by the end!

7 was my tabata score. Very weak!

5:19 on rings (used bands for last 2 rounds)

7 was my tabata score as well.

5:27 used bands on the round of 15.

2:55, 11 for the tabata score. Topped it all off with a 2.5 mile run. Ring dips were definitely in the wheel house, so thanks to whoever is programming this week!

FYI, the "Crossfit Training Guide" is very slightly ammended from the original "Crossfit Manual V3" from our Cert here at USMA... worth printing up/saving the newest off of the CF Journal site.
