Gym loops are my enemy. Who came up with that idea anyway? One of these days I'd like to be able to run them without having to walk at the top of the stairs.
For those of you who didn’t know, we had a true ninja in Landon Cheben rockin it out with us this morning! He assured me he would be there every morning for the rest of the year so if you don’t see him, write him hate mail…Vanilla Gorilla, bout time you showed up too!
I'll be TDY til Sunday so will miss the crew...I'll knock out the B&G WOD or go to the local affiliate. See you guys next Monday.

Ditto on the gym loops. Once again they succeeded in completely demoralizing me! Good smoker indeed.

attempted this one. Still nursing my shoulder from Labrum Surgery.
45lb deadlift 15, 10, 5 reps
each set followed by double gym loop
