135, 185, 225, 245(PR), 255(PR). Still using the box for deep squats that keep me back and using the hamstrings, and improved by 25 lbs.
Did some playing with the ropes, med ball slams, and ring handstand pushups afterwards. I don't think I'll be trying ring HSPUs with the elastic bands again anytime soon. "Atomic wedgie" comes to mind...

Cadets frequently ask me if the CrossFit methodology is being adopted by the Army...check out the photo on the main site today. A level 1 certification taking place in Afghanistan says a lot.
