Maybe started a little light, but I was trying to see how my lower back felt today before getting heavier. In the end, the failure was the result of not being able to keep the lumbar curve and having the weight come forward.

225- kept it right there for focus on form, felt good

Then, because it's spring break, and I was bored, I put down the same sets on DL (3X3X3X3X3) at 285 also focusing on form (I could hear DB coaching me from 3 months ago).

Regular college gyms open at 0530 and have large free weight rooms with lots of rubberized plates. False and False.
Instead:
4 Rounds
200m run
25 burpees
25 tuck jumps

then,

5x5x5 of dumbbell bench press

75x3
I also interspersed bosu ball squats between sets of bench.
