Really work on form here. For some of you, this weight will be lower than what you can power clean right now, but by working on this you will eventually be able to do more weight with a squat clean than a power clean. Remember, work your weaknesses.

Missed the group this AM...looking forward to tomorrow. Tried to concentrate on form this AM but need to develop more confidence so I can drop down into the squat position a little earlier than I was. Anyways, ended up doing the following: 95, 105, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175(f), 155.

Also tried to work on form, kept kicking out my legs at the heavier weights which made the squat part hard/impossible.

Form was a big limiting factor today. I can front squat over 190 and power clean over 190 so why can't I squat clean 190? FORM!

145, 155, 165, 170, 175, 180, 185 (PR), 190 (F - bar too far out front), 190 (F - couldn't pull under it)

Wanted the 190 bad but couldn't get it. Knew I had the bar high enough on the last attempt but needed to get under it faster.

95,115,125,135,145,150,155. Never done them before. I definitely need to keep working on form.

Worked up to 135 really quick but then i kept power cleaning.I finally got under it two or three times but kept getting off balance, then my legs were smoked. Did some 115 front squats at the end. Frustrating b/c i can clean so much more easily, but it was good to work on form. Will probably start doing more front squats every week.

Was catching it easy but was failing trying to get it up from the front squat. I guess I know what I need to work.
