10:11My legs are still killing me from Tuesdays WOD. Still working on my range of motion for my handstands but did notice marked improvement.I hate trying to chase down my partner on the gym loop--he's too quickGreat workout today. Looking forward to getting more fundamental movements down.

12:22 Still having trouble reaching the full range of motion on the HSPUs so I just held a handstand.
No morning CF Today. Swim workout instead. Changed it up a bit this week.
10:21...Felt good on the gym loops, but need to work on the HSPUs like a lot of others have said.

10:36 as rx'edcompleted all HSPUs but definitely was my limiting factor.
10:31 had to wait once for a kettle ball, so prob 10:15-10:20ish without that. HSPU's need work, but were a lot better.
Modifed the HSPU 10:46.Then did the CF Endurance WOD on the C2.
