Need to work form on the Push Jerk so not sure how legit the first two weights are...had a tendency to not lock out completely at the top and reverted to pushing it up instead. Went down to 135 to practice form.
Back was still sore from the hell that was my attempt at Eva, hands are still pretty eaten up. Can't wait till my hands don't get torn to hell when I use a bar...
