Does anyone have any metal fabrication (welding and cutting) experience that would like to help put together the pull-up bar station for the new CF gym?
Also, there are a couple other jobs that I could use some help on as well. Email me for details.

13 + 5x pullups and 7x ring pushups the KB swings ate my lunch. Disappointed in my total after seeing everyone elses. Look forward to tomorrow's mission.

Made a rookie mistake and completely lost count during this one. Really enjoyed it though

Did a workout with my company:
20 minutes of:
5 x burpees
10 x pushups
15 x situps
20 x squats
1 x gym loop from the basement to the fourth floor
Did 5 full rounds. Today was the closest I've been to puking in a long time.
