17 and some change. First time doing cindy, so not sure how this compares.

6 rounds on Cindy...little disappointed with this expectations were a lot higher. Improving on HSPUs, but on the seventh set, I was at muscle failure and was really struggling. Looking forward to seeing the crew again on Monday.

23 and 5xpullups (PR). Increased WC by 2 since Jan. Pukie was lurking.

Did not do these today because I had to go out and recon the land nav course for DMI Super Saturday training. Ended up running the fire breaks from Buckner to the north side of Lake Poplopan and hit the points all the way to Round Pond. Took about two hours with all the navigation and such. Too tired to do anything else, maybe I'll hit Mary tomorrow. See you all Monday. Probably going to go at the river courts MTF.

My bad...I did Mary today, not Cindy.

Knocked out a Mary this morning...9 rounds, 5 hspu's/10pistols/5 pu's. First day of spring, and snowing in NY...

Shane and Grif did 23 + 5x PU's.
Steve and I did Wednesday's workout today, I did 15:00 and he did 15:27 but I think we ran about half a mile total between the wall for our HSPU and the bar for the KTE. Throwing all the elementary school children off the playground we were using kind of sapped our arm strength too.
