3 rounds + about 1/2 mile on the bike

Stationary bikes drive me crazy - I spent a good amount of time trying to get the stupid thing working and then after round 2 I couldn't get it to work properly so I had to switch bikes.

Wall climbs & HPSU were tough, but unbroken.

2 rounds + bike ride + 1 wall climb

my shoulder popped during round 2, so I scaled off a few HSPU, but still a good workout.

had to scale some handstand pushups, i did pike pushups on a bench.

2.5 rounds (almost to the second...I think I did that third mile about 20 seconds faster than the first two...)

Once again, Blogger has deleted my post after I already saw it posted in comments.

3 rounds + 1/2 mile ride. The bike I was using crapped out half-way, so I had to just ride until Matt finished and I rotated him. I did all wall climbs and HPSU unbroken.

looks like my last post is sticking around, maybe this one will.

3 rounds + 1/2 mile (approx.) on the bike. My bike crapped out so I had to switch near the end. I rode for almost 1:30, so I had to get close to 1/2 a mile or more.
