2 rounds + bike ride + 1 wall climbmy shoulder popped during round 2, so I scaled off a few HSPU, but still a good workout.
3 rounds + .56 miles on the bikehad to scale some handstand pushups, i did pike pushups on a bench.
2 rounds + 0.56 of a miles
