Stayed very light today (135) for all sets. Still recovering from my last deadlift faux pas. Focused on good form. Also got in some good technique practice on two big goats, rope climb and muscle-ups.

I'm looking for a jump rope I left in the '62 Room last week. It is a Buddy Lee fast rope with. The lost & found didn't have it.

Sweddy,I haven't seen your rope, but I will keep an eye out. Sucks to lose a Buddy Lee, I love mine (although the handle continues to come unthreaded!)
