Rest on Saturday.
Sunday, do something active in rememberance of the 10 year anniversary of 9.11.01. You can walk, run, bike, swim, hike, rock climb, wrestle, ice skate, or anything else, but do something that requires you to break a sweat.
Post to comments what you were doing 10 years ago on 9.11.01 when the world changed.

Saturday: Civilian Military Combine - 4x CF lifts then 7-miles of running up and down ski slopes and over, under and through obstacles. I'm completely and totally spent. Awesome!
Tex - nice work!
I just finished Fran here at Trident CF for the Level 1 Cert. as rx'd 9:51, which is almost a minute off of my last one. Smoker!
As for 9.11.01 - I was a 2LT at Ft Lewis, WA driving into work for PT when the first plane hit. I saw #2 hit live on TV as we were watching the coverage on TV. Crazy stuff I'll never forget!
I was a platoon leader at Fort Lewis. As I recall, PT just began, when someone ran outside saying the Pentagon was attacked. We did not have a TV in the company area, so I did not watch the events live, but a bunch of us gathered around a radio in the Operations NCO's office. It is definitely an event we will always remember.
6th grade Music Class in Albany, NY.
Habitat for Humanity demolition in Yonkers (sledgehammer full body workout).
On 9/11/01 I was in the 6th grade.
Rock Climbing in the Gunks!
4th grade. Right before school started.
Ran the Run to Remember at Liberty State Park. 5 mile relay course with a team of ten. At least, one teammate on the course running from 0846 to sunset.
It was powerful to run in the shadow of the World Trade Center. 10 years ago I was sitting in my dorm's TV lounge, watching the events unfold in between classes, and wondering how life will be different for the world and for me when I graduate and commission.
