Work on rope climbing & muscle-ups.
Try out different rope climbing techinques, try climbing without using your legs, and work on muscle-up progressions or improving your current muscle-up technique.
Post max height you can climb with no legs.

Nice change of pace after a brutal week. Thanks to Matt for tips on muscle-ups - I'm not quite through the transition yet!
Worked on rope climbing and did a hands only 15' climb, a 15' Donkey Kong climb (one hand on each rope, no legs), and did a couple other ascents with legs (grapevine).

I messed around on the rings and ropes a bit. I did 2 x 20 foot no-leg climbs (with rest in-between)
