Push-up and box jump "Beat the Clock"
Do 1 x push-up and 1 x box jump (24 inch) the 1st minute and add a rep every minute until you can't keep up.
Example: Minute 1: 1 x push-up and 1 x box jump; Minute 2: 2 x push-ups and 2 x box jumps...until you cannot complete required reps within a minute.

15 rounds complete + 16 p/u & 5 box jumps.
First 10 minutes easy, last 5 minutes quickly became brutal!

Talk about a WOD that messes with your head. It started out easy enough and then went down-hill quick.
15 rounds complete+ 16 p/u and 15 box jumps. Box jumps were on truck tailgate @ 26"
