Double under tabata: high 28, low 17, can't remember the details, but more were around 20 - 23.

Tabata's: high round 26, and a patheticly low round of 9, OUCH!!

Also threw in a few rounds of standing broad jump/travelling burpees, those things are fun!

Seems like a long time since we done the bear,... maybe that will be my Thanksgiving WOD?

still gets a little sketchy for me when it comes to pulling myself under the bar. kinda ran out of time to test a higher weight once I got it.

DU's: high of 30 and a low of 13

No time for DUs after (not that I can do DUs), but I had a good warm-up run down to Thayer Gate and around to Arvin via Michie Stadium before coming.

I had to get some form work in after a first disastrous rep on squat cleans.

Tabata DU's; something very low (8-9 maybe), but was able to string 12 together, once (PR).
