Needed to make up yesterday's WOD, so knocked out 12-15 muscle ups, and then did the WOD: 12:22.

Great job by those who showed up for the try-outs this morning (Tex, you are not on that list). Nice efforts, and we'll see you tomorrow morning (Tex, will you be there, too?).

Ehh..called out. I completed my own WOD at 0315:
Wake up and panic at 2min intervals for 20 minutes.
then,
sleep for 3 hours
wake up to reveille
then,
haze for reps in sink mirror...ehh...

Not sure about the distance... I estimated the mileage, but it was pretty close to, if not slightly over 5K...

Since I did two 5k's in the last two weeks and I ran yesterday, I did the dotcom WOD today.

5 rounds for time of:
7 x Muscle-ups
21 x Burpees

All burpees unbroken. Best set of muscle-ups was 4+3 and worst set was 3+2+2.
