Route update:
Run out of Arvin and into North Area directly to Corrigidor Sallyport.  Go through Corrigidor to the apron and take a left.  Run back into North Area through Leyte Sallyport and directly back to Arvin.
The route was about a 450-500 meter time equivelant.

Run was a bit slow but happy to complete my first Nancy as Rx'd. First four of OHS were unbroken and the last set I lost position on #11 and had to set the bar down to reset.

Awesome group out there this morning. Great to see so many people working it.

Shout out to Kings who rocked it like it was a field trip to the beach!

15:45 with 12 lbs. bar. I have a long way to on shoulder/back/ hamstring flexibility before I can start putting up real weight. Right now I just fall forward with weight when I squat.

My two least favorite exercises, OHS and gym loop/sprints... needless to say it was hard to get up for this one this morning.
It was nice to work on OHS some though. Getting a little better

used a 35lb bar which was about 20lbs more than my last OHS's, shoulder is feeling more and more stable.

3 unbroken sets of OHS... need to do more middle distance running... was unhappy with the 400m pace...
