12:49, used wall for HSPU and the blue band for 6 of my pull ups. First day rocking the Vibram 5 finger shoes, so far, so good.

4:34 I did the first 15 HSPU on my own, then moved to the blue bands... I really need to cut the training wheels on the blue bands.. but I am not sure if i could finish the wo with out them..
7:25 as Rx'dROM was limited on the last few sets of HSPUs, but it felt good to stay at the wall. Did three sets of 10 HSPUs with bands afterwards to work the ROM more.

5:59 as Rx'd...kinda. Used weighted sanbag to limit ROM on HSPUs. Otherwise as Rx'd. Mac, I did use the whole field for Fridays WOD, however did not do the burpee buddy jumps as Rx'd. Thank you Tex for clearing that up for me.
