7:35 Started with 125 for the first set then down to 115 for remainder. Subbed 4 to 1 Singles for Doubles...
3:44 - felt great even with a banged up wrist from yesterdayfailed yesterday on set 5 at 295lbs. Scaled back to 275 for sets 6,7
3:58. Two lessons learned. Chalk does not help when you're trying to grip the jump rope. And jump rope ability decreases rapidly as the grip strength goes. Nice, quick, WOD.
6:24...that numbah sounds too big for Pauly D. I'm pretty sure I did a couple extra rounds and that my partners did a couple less...you dirty hamsters!
6:35 at 135 lbs. Substituted my DUs with Donkey Kicks. Working on 'em, maybe next time.
