10:53Good to have ACE with the early crew this morning!
11:11Quick fun WOD. Thanks for joining us ACE. ChrisM, nice to have you there again!
11:03, I guess I could have pushed it a bit more. Good workout & the darkness added to the fun.
11:26Did the WOD on the Stony II track. My time might have been better if I had made it down to Shea and had the crew pushing me!
Still a day behind.19:28 as rx'd that was brutal. Can't wait to run on these legs tomorrow!
I am a day behind- did the lemmon drop this morning- 20:34- pretty good push.
11:37. One of those WODs that would definitely have been faster if I ran it with someone. Still, a good one after yesterday's pain!
15:30The ankle wasn't feeling it today, especially with 2xrounds of run 400 meters backwards...I didn't have that push I wanted on my right ankle.
11:59running after the backwards 400 was something
13:30No track near me, so I estimated the distances using my car's odometer. Probably not very accurate, but the concept was still there.GO ARMY! USMA '00US Army RDECOMAberdeen Proving Ground, MD
15:30I did this one at about 60-70% as I'm still nursing a hamstring pull. Good WOD though.
Ran some city stairs today. 10 rounds for time. 2min rest between each. Last round time: 24sec.
11:26, midly sick
A suspect 11:30I''m not sure how long the Stony II track really is.
10:34I missed the morning group, sorry. The Shea stadium people were nice enough to leave the lights on for me so that I had some illum for my 2130 sprint WOD.
