Did keep track set by set, but 155 to 165 for all sets.

Working on technique after stupidly trying too much. 95 down to 65.

155, 175, 195, 205, 225, 245, 255. Stayed at 255 for a couple of sets, trying to get myself to sit back further into the squat.

Black and Gold,

I'll be reporting next year to the DFL to teach Chinese. You have a great 5/2 program, perfect for grad school and a family. I'm really looking forward to the early morning WODs. Thanks.

155, 165, 185, 195(PR), 205, 210, 215 (felt great, could have gone higher but the form was starting to erode)

Struggled to maintain form and break the plane as the weight got heavier.
