4:02Fast WOD but just long enough for me to start feeling sorry for myself on the DLs.
6:18Scaled DLs to 185. Heavy enough to make me work for it without sacrificing too much intensity.
7:15, used 185 lb on DL; ring dips were surprisingly difficult

4:55 with DL scaled to 135 lbs. My form and flexibility continues to suck!
1:55. What can I say...I like DLs. Did some additional cardio work and work with the the duffle bags to get the blood flowing. Looking forward to tomorrow...
