started with 105 and then had to scaled down to 95lbs just to maintain any power throughout.

Pretty happy with this time, but still felt like a left a little bit of effort on the sidelines. Should have forced myself to not take may hands off the bar between reps once I got in the 20s.

Scaled down to 115. First time doing this one and it was rough. 9:14 I enjoyed though and look forward to meeting her again

The reconfiguration of the '62 Room to make space for a CrossFit gym is still on track. We are still shooting for mid-April.

This morning, my heart was tiny and my mind was weak. I slept in... I did muster up enough courage to take on Grace right after first period. Maybe the extra rest helped... Can't wait for the Black&Gold Room to be complete.

Can't in good conscious post my time today. I realized after I completed the workout that I wasn't truly locking out overhead (wasn't supporting the weight overhead long enough) on the jerks so that is clearly cheating...I suck. Anyways, can't wait to do this one again next time.

14:15, Scaled to 115. Had to re-do about 5 reps, 3 or so because i failed the jerk, 2 b/c i got lazy on the clean. I think i could have cleaned 125 or 135 for 30 but im just getting the dip & drive motion down for the jerk.
