The reason this is an Eva (-) is because as Rx'd this calls for 70lb Kettle bells, which we do not have, yet. It's okay this one sucks plenty with 53lbs. Welcome back.

The 'dynamic exit' was a result of grip failure as I was kipping for the last rep of the 4th set. I really wanted to quit after the first set. Dan and Chris, you are two sadistic and masochistic individuals.
39:29.1 (as rxd w/70lbs DB) if this was the olympics then yes I would have to accept a silver medal from MAJ Wylie...as is, I think that I will file a grievance with the head office in that 1. I think MAJ Wylie started his watch after I did at the beginning of the run, and 2. I am sure his watch is not calibrated to the rotation of the earth. I actually called CrossFit HQ and they told me that this was a statistical tie. I also am sure that the buttons on my watch are harder to push than those on MAJ Wylie's therefore I had to do more work just starting and stopping my watch. Either way...good workout, I love this one.

Need a clinic on proper kipping pull-ups...they hurt me bad this AM.

40:26. Wow...I was talking to a guy on Saturday who has never done a WOD, and was trying to convince me that CrossFit is insufficient training for endurance. I'll invite him to try this on for size.
On another note, don't eat lunch before attempting 40 minutes of this suckfest.

Bad smoker. Arms were dead and I had some tendonitis before break so I stopped when my arms gave up. Crossfit right before grappling really sets you up well for bad things...
44:45. Had some serious THS after spring break and first day of classes. Ran hard, but the kettlebell swings and pullups were a real kick in the pants.

Serious case of THS...could only squeeze out three rounds before losing heart...24:58...pull-ups need some work...easily my weakness..a lot has to do with my hands getting torn up...I'll make amends for this shameful display...
