Did Kelly this afternoon,

Five Rounds for time.
* Run 400 meters
* 30 box jump, 24 inch box
* 30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball



Worked in the 3 Reg weight room in basement of MacLong. For the run, went from basement to Thayer Statue and back. I marked it with GPS awhile ago and it is about at 400 m+ the stairs. Sometimes I see people having to lay down in exhaustion on the CF videos and I wonder if they are just being dramatic. This is one where I had to for real after the last round. I was absolutely smoked, 29:05.

Did the same workout as CV. Used 3 laps on the Hayes track for 400m run.
