10:34The weight for the DLs killed me as well as the HSPUs. I really need to work on the high weight a bit more.
7:20 w/ PCLNs
11:31 (had to set up weight for DLs, but no excuse...)This workout definitely exposed several of my weaknesses...looking forward to getting better in the future.
I missed the morning session...my stopwatch got stopped early in the workout, but I figure I got around 7:20...I have CCQ tomorrow so I will miss the morning session again
