This was my first Black and Gold Crossfit session. I tagged along with Tex and I was so so on the workout. It's been a long time since I've thrown that kind of weight around. I went as Rx'd on the first round, but decreased the reps considerably10-2-2-3-2 (115 lb)Time: 13:00See you all on Thursday
10:09. I found myself bouncing during the last few sets, so did a few extra presses to make up for it. Didn't want to scale if I could still get the weight up.
Used 115 lbs. Enjoyed this one - 9:05.

Rx'd, 10:29...beat Matt by 1 second after he beat me by about 2 yesterday. This has been discussed several times over the blog, but i think it's important to reiterate that you should find a partner or group close to your ability level, and push each other on every workout.

9:17...used a glute/ham string developer(GHD) for the situps. This was a whole new level of pain on the abs. Felt great overhead and on the SDHPs, looking forward to tomorrow.Sick time by MAJ Wylie.
