70 x Burpees

I killed the HSPU PUs

KBS started to wear me out

Situps were like rest

Burpees destroyed me, absolutely, completely destroyed me.

I did this at Gillis. I must say, I really like working out there. The cage is opened up at 11, the pull-up bars are great, and there is a track. Easy to bring KBs in too.
