Worked on the muscle ups for about 30 minutes. Need to really work that transition when starting from a dead hang. Did a bunch of these so I bagged out on the workout and did 105 burpees for time to punish myself. 7:25.
24:50.....burpees slow me down. good WOD!

Went into gym and saw sb in there, he had his rings up high since he has muscle ups, so I figured I would try one.....and up I went!First muscle-up! No jumping, no scaling.And sb was stretching and missed it! So I did another.And a third.But then that was it, had to do the WOD with scaled muscle-ups.24:40
19:32My MU are getting better. I started to lose my grip on the 4th round so I did 1or 2 MU at a time.
19:00 min... Although I wouldn't really consider any rep after round one a MU. It was more of a assisted crap show.
Just worked on muscle-ups. I wish I had gone in the morning so I could have gotten help on them...
