18:00 flatAnyone who is not a believer in the CrossFit methods should try this one out. The 2 minute rest felt like a lifetime. I felt fresh when I started every interation. I actually had to make myself wait the full 2 minutes so that I didn't cheat my time. 16:58 is a solid effort Tex, good work.CrossFit Friday tomorrow.

17:08. My first 400 split was a 1:14 and my last was 2:27. I need to work on running the same speed with the same overall time.
