I'm on leave and had to do a modified WOD:

AMRAP 20
12 x pull-ups
24 x push-ups
24 x lunge steps
12 x 50 lbs. sandbag thrusters
Run approx. 500 meter run

3 rounds + 8 sandbag thrusters

the best part was during round 2 when sand starting leaking in my face during the thrusters - awesome.

I miss the morning crew!

Couldn't get it moving fast enough to get to the box jumps...dammit...

4 rounds + 8 box jumps (so close to 5!)
KB swing: 26 lb one arm
Replaced sumo deadlifts with 300 m row (about 50 strokes)
Box jumps - 22 inches

4 Rds + 1 SDHP. Did not expect the SDHP to be so heavy. Any chance we could get instructions on how to work the '62 room clock?

For the clock, there are directions on the bottom left side of the clock. If you follow the instructions it will work.

Trying to catch up from Fort Hood.

Completed 4 Rds. + kbs + sdhp + 6 bjumps.

Amazing how heavy a 65 lb sdhp can get.
